review calm care

We created Calm Care for Dogs and Cats which is a Natural Veterinary formulated Calming aid.
Ingredients include L-Tryptophan, Ashwaganda Root and Valerian Root to support dogs and cats with worry and stress.
Our product may also help with aggressive dogs and cats having L-Tryptophan as one of the main ingredients.  Also Valerian Root Extract and Magnesium may exhibit calming and soothing qualities.
In Calm Care for Dogs and Cats, you will find our specialist ingredient called Ashwaganda Extract. The calming properties may help anxiety and stress-related behavior problems.
So, Ashwagandha thought to promote a feeling of well-being and could help with relaxation and sleep. It could also be good for anxiety and irritability issues. This makes it a great ingredient for our hyper, scared, and otherwise irritable pet’s moments.

This forms part of our great range of natural calming supplements for dogs and cats. Find more for dogs here and for cats here.
Remember we have some great advice around stress in our blog. Wood Green Animal Charity has also written an interesting article on “How to safely leave your dog on their own.”

These seem to help my anxious boy Poodle X Bichon. He’s always been ‘a worrier’ – but had become a bit barkier around the home as he got older. He’s 11 now and since adding a capsule daily to his food he seems more settled. Still seems to enjoy his food with the powder added and he can be quite fussy! He’s been on it for about 3 weeks and I have already ordered the next batch. Very happy owner!

I purchased these tablets as I was unsure as to whether the tablets I had been using actually worked that well. These are a bit cheaper and do seem to be having an effect on my two year old GSD. She is not quite so ‘hyper’ in the house and less stressed when I take her out. She is quite a friendly dog but because of her breed people can easily jump to the wrong conclusion if she happens to bark or pull towards another dog.

My cat suffers from some sort of anxiety and needs a lot of reassurance ! Anyone who has pets who have similar issues I would recommend! Super fast delivery too !

  4. Liz Carter

Our new rescue dog came with anxiety issues – certain things turned her into a crazy maniac. Bought a tub of pet calming tablets and the difference was amazing. OK, she still goes crazy on occasions but now she is much quieter, relaxes more and is good to be around. They seemed to work within 12 hours and we are using 2 a day, morning and night. They seem palatable – we sandwich them in a bread & butter ‘treat’ rather than tip them onto food. She is calmer on the lead and happy to curl up in the evening for cuddles whereas before she would leap about all the time. Would recommend.

Well against all my expectations these actually worked. We have just survived 30 minutes of a loud firework display at the tennis club just across the road. Téo is my rescue dog. Terrified of loud noises. Earlier this week just a couple of random fireworks had him shaking from muzzle to tail. I gave him half a tablet with his lunch and the other half with his dinner. He’s a bit groggy but sat on my lap and let me stroke him and relaxed amazingly. Can’t believe it!

  6. Paula Steinbord-Busse

Have used them on my dog very helpful.

  7. A L Standish

Bought for a cocker spaniel with separation issues at night, crying , whining, excessive panting etc, all the usual signs.
Made a massive difference after only 2 tablets.
Almost everything has stopped during the night and is not so needy during the day either.
They have 100% worked for us 🙂

  8. Sammie

My dog gets very upset by the loud explosions that todays’ fireworks make so I started her on these pills several weeks ago. She seemed to manage the bangs better so I think these pills certainly helped her.

  9. Jeremy S

Really helped with our stressed out pooch.

  10. Mrs S Turner

Very good, had a very nervous shaky dog, but that has all disappeared and she is happy and calm.

  11. Whippet Owner

My mum bought these for her whippet who has suffered with severe separation anxiety and general nervousness for a long time. This was our last resort before calling in a dog behaviourist. Day 3 and what a difference! No shaking, calm in situations where he would normally be jumpy. Definitely recommend. Different dog. (In a good way)

  12. Emma Cross

These tablets have transformed my previously Lord Pomp cat, to a sweet, chilled out sweetheart. Will be back for more of these, thank you!!

  13. Kipling

When we first adopted Kipling he was a bundle of nerves, he was so scared of everything having been caged in a pound for his first three years. .. And everything overwhelmed him. When he came to us he would try and run and hide from everything. Gradually he is now learning that he doesn’t have to be scared of everything and the calm care tablets are certainly working in calming him down and making him less jumping and nervous. Once he is more settled we will continue using Broadreach Calm Care for times of increased stress like fireworks night. I recommend them to anyone with a nervous dog to make them feel calmer
