During the uncertain times with coronavirus (COVID-19) affecting us all, I wanted to update you on the steps that we are taking to keep our customers and our team healthy and safe as well as reminding you that we have partnered with PawSquad to offer our clients access to Online Veterinary Support 24/7.
Whilst closely following Government advice we have introduced additional
stringent and rigorous cleaning and hygiene procedures across our business.
We will try and keep stock flowing: We have been in contact with our
supply chain and other partners to keep in check stock and to make sure we can fulfil
orders placed and will let you know if anything changes this well in advance.
Our team is working from home where possible and where not we have made sure sanitiser
and handwashing facilities are available to ensure continued health.
Already, we have in place our
partnership with PawSquad
to offer FREE Online Veterinary Advice to all of our customers, this will
ensure that you will always have access to Vets via online message and video
should you be in self isolation or not wanting to leave home. Of course, in
emergency situations please contact your vet directly without hesitation.
