The University of Utrecht in the Netherlands, did a study at a cat shelter, dividing a group of cats into two. One group had no boxes and the other did. The researchers discovered that those given boxes recovered faster and adapted to their environment quicker than the others.

They will always look for something new, and inevitably jump into it, boxes are no different.
Boxes are nice and warm
And during the cold winter nights who doesn’t like to be warm – especially sun loving animals like cats.
