What We Do With The Information We Collect
Primarily we use your personal information for the purposes to send you details of relevant offers and promotions. You can object to this at any time and request to opt out of any future offers or request to be deleted altogether in which case we will send you confirmation of this. We process your information as required to give you the very best customer support. In the case of Direct Marketing we generally process your data for this purpose on the grounds of legitimate interest (for direct post and telephone marketing) or consent for electronic marketing purposes.
If we collect any credit or debit card information this is processed via Barclays EPDQ or PDQ systems and held securely within Barclays who process Visa, Master Card and a number of other type of credit and debit cards for purchasing items on our online shop or directly over the phone using our card payment machine. We keep receipts for accounting purposes that are submitted to our accountants Aston Shaw Chartered Accountants who administer our Accounts in line with up to date accountancy practices.
